Energy

Lend Stamina
Supercharge
Learning: Summoning the energy from within yourself sounds a bit simplistic, and with practice, it is. A kitter who is in tune with their energy can fill themselves with a burst of energy by focusing on things that excite them. This allows them to keep on going when most would go and have a rest. A skilled kitter can increase the length and intensity of the burst of energy.
Usage: Many kitters use this for that last stretch of a hard days work, or to give them the energy they need on the last stretch of a race, some meeps use it so they can play for longer others to help them stay up late at night. It's a very useful and versatile ability indeed.
Limitations: Like a rush of adrenaline the effects will wear off and cause the kitter to crash causing them to be twice as tired as they would have been without using magic. Some kitters use this to help them get to sleep however most train to try and lesson this crash rather then trying to use it to their advantage.
Conjure Energy
Learning: Kitters lose energy out of their bodies all the time, but some kitters can learn to gather that lost energy and hold it in place. This can be achieved by focusing on pulling the energy together creating a small globe of pure energy.
Usage: The energy globe radiates heat which can be used to keep a Kitter warm with smaller globes or to cook food with larger ones. It can also be used to power devices such as radios or televisions. or it could simply be thrown at another Kitter. Some daring energy Meeps have been known to play catch with the energy, this is not a recommended practice.
Limitations: The energy is collected from the energy leaving your body causing the rate of collecting energy is rather slow. Also as soon as it leaves an energy Kitters hand it starts losing energy at the rate it was gathered.
Kinetic Strike
Learning: Simple yet effective, this ability is extremely easy to learn. First, the Kitter must sense the energy within themselves. Second, the Kitter simply has to shift the energy into their fist or leg. Finally, they simply have to punch or kick depending on where they shifted the kinetic energy to. The energy will increase the power of their attack immensely while also serving the dual purpose of protecting their limb from injury. This means that punching metal won’t leave them with a broken fist.
Usage: Many Kitters make the mistake of believing that this ability is only useful for fighting. In reality, this ability used for many other purposes, such as for cutting wood or demolition without the use of tools.
Limitations: Although this ability increases the power of one’s punches and kicks far beyond the boost provided by the earth element’s strength-enhancing ability, it cannot be used for lifting objects nor for increasing one’s durability.
Learning: This ability is extremely similar to the Supercharge ability. However, instead of spreading the energy through one’s own body, the user must touch another Kitter and “push” the energy into them. It is recommended that Kitters learn the Supercharge ability before learning this ability.
Usage: Can be used for much the same reasons as Supercharge ability but naturally for another kitter. If someone is tired and you have energy to spare you can give them a helping hand. It is often also used during rescues to help any injured Kitters or creatures found.
Limitations: A kitter can only give what they have, if to much stamina is given the Kitter will to crash and be too tired to do much else. It also not a perfect transfer meaning some of the energy is wasted. Kitter receiving the energy doesn't suffer when the lent stamina runs out unlike supercharge. However if a Kitter is to tired the sudden burst of energy could put them into shock.
